Most orders ship within 2-4 business days after purchase. Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks to ship. Due to current shipping fluctuations, once the order ships it is entirely up to the shipper and out of our control.

Some products sold by iFrenchy do qualify for Free Shipping. If a product qualifies there will be no charge for shipping at checkout.

iFrenchy does not warranty any products sold on our website. However, many of the products do have a limited manufacturer's warranty. Please see warranties in the footer for individual warranty information.

Parvo is every new puppy and dog owners worst nightmare. In a matter of days, a perfectly healthy puppy can go from playful and active to extremely ill. Canine Parvovirus is not only very contagious, it is exceptionally resistant and can linger on surfaces for months. The virus can survive on clothing, equipment, on human skin, and in the environment. Indirect transmission occurs when a puppy encounters a contaminated person, object, or environment. Therefore there are no returns on beds, carriers, blankets and other items that might transmit this and/or similar diseases.

When you return an item, a lot of time, labor, and cost is required to receive your package and restock the item back into inventory

We prefer not to recommend sizes as every breed of dog is different and without having firsthand contact with your dog we are not best equipped to make this important decision for you. Please refer to our size charts when dealing with sizes for Kennels, Crates, Clothing, and Treadmills Etc. 

While anxiety can manifest itself differently in each case, creating a safe, comfortable space for your pet is important. The Kennels we offer are a safe escape for pets and provide a natural “nesting” spot for your cat or dog. Our kennels can also be outfitted with additional coverings such as a door cover to limit sight, kennel covers for extra insulation to noise (multiple flaps can be opened for airflow as needed), and some offer customization of vent holes to minimize chew points and keep possible soiling from going through to your car or floor coverings.
